Attainable Travel LLC Promotional Gift Terms & Conditions
By participating in Attainable Travel LLC’s promotional gift offer (the “Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility:
This Promotion is available to clients who book a qualifying travel package with Attainable Travel LLC during the launch promotional period. The qualifying trip must meet or exceed the stated value thresholds (i.e., $500, $2,000, or $3,500 USD), excluding the cost of airfare.
- Prize Limits:
Limit one (1) promotional gift per household or booking. Promotional gifts are available only while supplies last and will be awarded on a first-qualified, first-awarded basis.
- Booking Requirements:
To be eligible for a promotional gift, the qualifying travel package must be paid in full by the client. Unpaid, canceled, or refunded bookings will not qualify for any promotional item.
- Shipping & Delivery:
Promotional gifts will be shipped to the address provided by the client approximately two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date. Delivery times may vary. Gifts can only be shipped within the continental United States. Attainable Travel LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier.
- Non-Transferable & No Cash Value:
Promotional gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or transferred. No substitutions will be made for any reason, including lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Modifications & Termination:
Attainable Travel LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or supply limitations.
- Liability Limitation:
Attainable Travel LLC makes no warranties regarding the promotional items. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Attainable Travel LLC from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation or receipt of any promotional gift.
- Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
